MEANS OF TECHNICAL WASHING

Ingredients: Surfactants, Quaternary ammonium compounds, polyhexamethyleneguanidine, flavoring, water.

“Bioshow” is an effective detergent. Contains no chlorine. It eliminates protein and fat contaminants from surfaces and process equipment, dirt. It has excellent foaming properties. Due to the presence of Quaternary ammonium compounds and polyhexamethyleneguanidine, it has a disinfectant effect against bacteria, viruses and fungi. After washing the surfaces remains bactericidal layer, which causes prolonged bactericidal action. In working concentrations, the drug is harmless to humans and animals, does not corrode equipment, is environmentally friendly.

Pharmacological action:

Application and Dosage:

The detergent technical “Bioshum” is used for cleaning the surfaces of equipment of food shops, catering establishments, trade, equipment for dairy production, slaughterhouses, containers, veterinary objects (poultry houses, pigsties), for washing animals.

The drug is used by various methods of washing:

• Surface cleaning and equipment. Apply the preparation in the form of 1 – 3% aqueous solution at a flow rate of 0.1-0.2 l / m², for machine or hand washing.
• Foam washing. It can significantly increase the effectiveness of the drug and provide visual control of the completeness of its application. Bioshum is applied by means of high-pressure apparatus of the type “Maple”, “Kercher” and others with foaming nozzle, using 1 – 3% solution of the preparation at the rate of 1 liter on 4 – 6 m² surface, preferably at a water temperature of 30 – 40 ° C, exposure for 20-30 minutes, then rinse with high pressure water.
• Animal Wash. Apply the agent in the form of 0.5 – 1% aqueous solution, preferably at a water temperature of 20 – 30 ° C. Animals are pre-washed with warm water. The animals are then washed with a solution of the product using brushes, sponges or washing machines. When using the washing machines apply a foam nozzle. Animals were washed with water using a foam nozzle to significantly reduce pressure, then washed with foam. During foam formation, the optimum effect of the agent is achieved. Do not rinse off after treatment of animals.
