PREPARATION FOR FOAM CLEANING OF ROOMS, SURFACE OF TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT AND TARES CONTACTING FOODSTUFFS

A technical liquid cleaning liquid, foam acid based on phosphoric acid, for use in the food industry and wholesale.

Main active substances: Orthophosphoric acid, alkyl amino oxide

Scope: Food and processing (foam cleaning of premises, process equipment surfaces, and food contact containers). Wholesale.

Working solution: pH: 3.2 – 3.6; (1%, 20 ° C, deionized water).

Foam properties: foam, NOT suitable for CIP systems.

Material compatibility 

“Aquaclin FOS” as a cleaning solution, compatible with the following materials:

Metals: stainless steel, steel, galvanized surfaces, non-ferrous metals and their alloys.

Plastics: polyethylene, polypropylene.

Other surfaces: glass and ceramics.

Apply tool:

“Aquaclin FOS” is used for foam acid cleaning of rooms, surfaces of equipment, floors and walls from inorganic contaminants in food processing and wholesale businesses.

Application Method:

1. Applied as foam on surfaces requiring inorganic contamination to be cleaned immediately after alkaline washing and thorough washing with water.
2. Apply Aquaclin FOS, foam, 2 – 4% solution concentration on the surface.
3. Exposure of 15 – 20 minutes.
4. Wash the foam thoroughly with cold water.
