PRODUCT CLEAN TECHNICAL LIQUID, FOAM ACID FOR USE IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY

Aquaclin DEZ is a cleansing technical liquid liquid, foam acidic with a disinfectant based on acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide, for use in the food industry and wholesale.

Main active ingredients: Nacetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, orthophosphoric acid, alkylamino oxide.

Scope: Food and processing (foam disinfection of premises, surfaces of process equipment and containers that come into contact with food). Wholesale.

Working Solution:
pH: 3.2 – 3.6 ; (1%, 20 ° C, deionized water).
Foam Properties: Foam, NOT suitable for CIP systems.

Material Compatibility:

“Aquaclin DEZ” as a disinfectant, compatible with the following materials:

Metals: stainless steel, steel, galvanized surfaces, non-ferrous metals and their alloys.

Plastics: Polyethylene, polypropylene.

Other surfaces: Glass and ceramics.

Scopes:

“Aquaclin DEZ” is used for foam disinfection of premises and surfaces of equipment, as well as floors and walls in food processing and wholesale enterprises.
Meat, Fish and Semi-finished Products Enterprises: All surfaces that come into contact with the product and require disinfection, food packaging containers, conveyor belts, distribution conveyors, processing machines are processed. Confectionery industry: Mixing tanks, tanks, packaging machines, conveyors.

Milk and cheese factories: Refrigerated rooms and maturing facilities.

Application Method: Apply as foam immediately after the wash phase, on surfaces requiring disinfection.

1. apply Aquaclin DEZ on the surface, in foam form , the concentration of the solution is 2 – 4%.

2. 15-20 minutes exposure.

3. rinse with cold water, to pH neutral with wash water .
